My recent stay at Howard Johnson By Wyndham Amherst Hadley was a mixed bag. the customer service I received from Ashley, Jasmin, and Terrel was exceptional, but unfortunately tainted by the unprofessionalism of one staff member named Bethany. the hotel's convenient location in the Western Massachusetts area made it easy for us to explore the local attractions, including the nearby Iron Horse Music Hall where we caught a fantastic concert. Being close to good shopping spots added to the overall appeal. Despite this, the rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable, and the pet walking area was a nice touch for our furry companion. Although the amenities like the 24-hour front desk, free parking, and complimentary continental breakfast were appreciated, the overall experience was marred by the lack of maintenance in certain areas. In conclusion, Howard Johnson By Wyndham Amherst Hadley has the potential to offer a relaxing and wonderful stay, but improvements in certain aspects are crucial for a more enjoyable guest experience.
